Every detail was very good from the beginning, including staff and facilities, I liked it. The hotel of choice in Rio Grande.

Tbh, had a good stay for an extended visit.

Wi-Fi was pretty slow, made me a little nervous.

I loved the hotel and its staff, efficient. My room was well-kept and the breakfast was magnificent. It was in a beachfront setting close to the beach. The service was excellent in that property. Reception was friendly. The whole experience was such wonderful.

This is a pretty standard place, with central location and elegant rooms.

The location was incredible and handy, not far from El Yunque and supermarkets. The pool was good and I had hot drinks in the outdoor bar.
